they have good DSL speed, but support is the worst i have ever experienced

Pros:

nothing, seriously, nothing

Cons:

an outage every 2 days, horrible tech support that hangs up on me

Other Thoughts:

i kid not, once they actually REFUSED to transfer me to tech support during an outage!
